BioDuke Ryknar Andswaru ap Eiluned is Lord of Northern Duchy of Pacifica. He also serves Pacifica as Hand and Eye and his House as their Voice. Ryknar has been in Pacifica since April of 2000, much of history prior remains a mystery. Though while in Pacifica he has made quite the political career moving from a lowly errant squire to where he is today. Some hold him as an enigmatic fellow known to never give a straight answer. The fact that he keeps so many secrets is unsettling to some, and accepted by others as his house is known to deal in such things.
Ryknar's Knights are known to be loyal, while some around his Duchy, Pacifica and Concordia have begun to suspect him of devious acts. Are the rumors true?
